Abbas = Peace?

Palestinians must soon decide if they wish for peace and co-existence with Israel or not. It really makes no sense for Israel to negotiate with the Palestians unless the militants cease hostilities. Either Abbas is the Palestinian leader or no leadership exists making peace talks mute and the Israelis gear up to wage war. My personal sneaking suspicion is there is no real Palestinian government. It exists in name only for the sake of corrupt national leaders and militant despots.

Moore Gets No Love From Old High School

Something odd is happening in America's rural heartland. Somehow.. someway.. someone convinced half the population of this country that it's bad to speak one's mind! Debate is not good.. debate is bad. Don't question our nation's leaders! Are you godless? Who's side you on?!
Micheal Moore must be the most godless, unAmerican on the planet! Michael Moore's own high school won't even acknowledge him in the Hall of Fame display. When asked why Don Hammond member of the selection committee commented,

"Would you want him as a role model? Would you want your son or daughter to be like him?
I haven't talked to anybody yet who's for him. The word to describe Michael Moore is embarrassing. He embarrasses everybody."

Huh? What?!? Really.. Mr. Hammond.. I'm more embarrassed by you! You sir.. are the the embarrassment. Your comments are completely disgenious and more likely unfounded. Unlike you, Michael Moore isn't afraid to take a stand. Mr. Moore's movies ask serious questions concerning matters very important. It sucks knowing there are guys like you who are eager beavers to ban people from receiving harmless accollades simply because you don't like their message.

Welcome to the new world as brought to you by the likes of George "Dubya" Bush. The new CIA (not to be confused with the old CIA... you know the ones who warned us about Bin Laden, but the administration didn't want to hear it!) now predicts Iraq will replace Afghanistan as the NEW terrorist training safe haven.

Before Saddam, the terrorists we are after didn't really exist in Iraq. Our President and his staff knew that, but they lied. The only real terrorists in Iraq were Saddam and his cronies and they posed no threat except to the people of Iraq. Now, thanks to Bush's War, the entire world is going to feel threatened.

Where's the weapons of mass destruction, Mr. President? The other day they announced the search for WMD's would be suspended.

Remember, the administration suggested that Saddam had underground facilities located under his palace compounds and mobile labs for chemical production? Where is the evidence of this? What concrete evidence existed before going to war?

Our country's diplomacy has turned to shit under this administration. Bush's choice of Rice as Sec. of State is palateable as throwing a dead, rotting rat in a pot of vomit stew.

This President's legacy will no doubt go down as the sorriest of all time. I fear the challenges he's created to our nation's children and future.

To me.. it's an strong indication that our elected officials are living the high life on our tax dollars and it's too good to give up. Some people say the power is intoxicating..
